This user interface is not aesthetically pleasing or intuitive. I’ve downloaded other an training apps that look much nicer and are more usable, like by Fitness 22 or Zenlabs.
Full screen ads are a no no, they’re intrusive and make the app lock up a second when tapping the “x”. The banner is fine. No initial tutorial on what to do, it just throws you in. 2/5 stars.

I love this app. I have a systematic way of increasing my reps of sit-ups, and I can do it without over exerting myself!
Does exactly what it says. The one feature I would love to see is the ability to change the ultimate target from 200. Another helpful feature could be announcing the number of reps in each set. It's hard to workout while constantly having to look at the phone to remind yourself of the number of reps scheduled.
It's awesome it reminds me of when I do sit ups and I can set my days and time to remind me.
This is not a bad app at all. It follows a set guide for improving core strength through sit-ups. My only qualm is how annoying the sounds are. I feel like I'm playing an old Atari game whenever the voice says "sit-ups" and "cool down." I can deal with sub-par audio, though. The app functions wonderfully and does everything it was built to do. I am very happy with it.
Amazing results I am feeling already in week 2. Get past that first work out and it is already a pass off. Can't imagine getting to week 4 and 5. I'm gonna have my 4 pack back. Yes only a 4 pack lol I'm 44. Next goal is a 6 pack and If I put my mind to it I know this app will help me get there. The 1 mins workouts and 1 Min. Breaks are what make this app amazing. Would no recommened to anyone who hasn't really been taking care of themselves. If this is Ur first time starting a workout regime do small sets and build up slowly. Good luck and eat right. Peace. Great app for pacing reps, in just three weeks I've achieved a flatter lower abdomen and start to see a six-pack in my upper abdomen!

Good features, but they should make it ad free. Instead, for more or better features, make people pay for it (like MyFitnessPal and RunKeeper). Other than the ads, though, I really like this app.
My tummy hurts. Maybe I ate too much ice cream or maybe I'm addicted to this app. Either way it's a good app. Only complaint is that Siri can't hold my feet to save her life.
You shud be able to put it at ur level and at least put two profiles without pay. You should also have a setting where it can count the seconds out so I know if I am Going at a good speed. Great overall.
Great plan. Love how the program is set up. Make notes and come back to finish what you started. I use it with its sister apps ( push up and squats). I challenged and others see the results of y effort. The reminders are a plus too.
Would be nice if you could set the app to your current fitness level before you start.
I'm so grateful for this app it's helping me get ready for the navy. Really well made, even let's you listen to your music library while you use it!
After about a month of off and on training, I took my test yesterday and only went 5 seconds over. It worked well. The hardest part is forcing yourself to do them.

I got this app after using their companion app for push ups. Both are exactly what I need for a relatively simple workout but nice to track progress and time. Voice prompt is a bit creepy but otherwise I love using this app.

This app gives you a set amount to do every other day. If you stick with it you abs can pull up the big numbers So push it.
The app is excellent for travelers wanting to stay in shape. I use the app during my hotel stays; however, I do have to reboot my phone to activate the app voice mechanism. Nevertheless , this is an excellent, and should be added to your phone.
The wife & I hit this app on Tue, Thu, & Sat, then do the pushup app on MWF. We crank up the tunes and watch our muscles build. It really works if you stick to the program. And there's no shame in doing a workout over again if you fall short on the first try. Awesome app!
